Yes, we can adapt our standard models to your individual size. Our experienced craftsmen work with high-quality materials and modern equipment, and every order is handled with a personal approach and quality control at every stage of production.

The production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the availability of the fabric in our warehouse.

Our team will take care of everything. All items are delivered with full service: our specialists assemble the furniture on-site so you can immediately enjoy the comfort without any hassle.

If you are concerned about ongoing renovations, we can deliver and assemble your furniture later, when everything is ready and on the agreed date.

Please note: if the selected model is available in stock or in the showroom, delivery can be arranged within 1–3 days, depending on logistics workload.

Delivery within Kyiv and the Kyiv region is carried out by the company’s own transport. The cost within Kyiv is 3,500 UAH. Delivery within the region is calculated separately and depends on the distance in kilometres.

We agree in advance on a convenient date and time for receiving the product and can organise floor delivery and furniture assembly. Having our own logistics service allows us to respond quickly to your requests and ensure maximum convenience when receiving your order.

Yes, we deliver furniture throughout Ukraine. Whether you are located in Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, or any other city, we will arrange delivery with all logistical details taken into account.

The cost and timing depend on the order volume, the chosen logistics company (e.g., Nova Poshta, Delivery, etc.), the method of transportation, and the distance to the destination city.

Furniture delivery to other cities in Ukraine is carried out via reliable logistics companies such as Delivery, Nova Poshta (large-size shipments), and other carriers specialising in transporting large-size goods.

The delivery cost depends on:
– the dimensions and weight of the order,
– the distance to the destination,
– the rates of the selected carrier,
– the need for additional services (door-to-door delivery, floor delivery, insurance, etc.).

We always provide clients with an estimated delivery cost before the order is placed and help choose the most optimal transportation method. All furniture is carefully packed for safe transport.

All MOOD products come with an 18-month warranty.

We adhere to high-quality standards at all stages — from design development to final assembly. If any issues arise during the warranty period, our service team will resolve them promptly in accordance with the warranty service terms.

According to the current legislation of Ukraine, namely the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", you have the right to return non-food goods of proper quality — including upholstered furniture — within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

You may return the product if:
– it has not been used and retains its original appearance (no stains, scratches, abrasions, odours, etc.);
– the full set, packaging, seals, and tags (if any) are preserved;
– you have a document confirming the purchase (warranty card, sales receipt, invoice);
– the product was not made to an individual order (non-standard sizes, upholstery, colour, etc.).

Returns are not accepted if:
– more than 14 days have passed since delivery;
– the product is of improper quality;
– the product has defects not caused by us;
– the product shows signs of use or third-party interference (mechanical damage, disassembly, repair attempts, etc.);
– documents confirming the purchase are missing, or completeness is violated;
– the product was made to individual specifications or the standard configuration was changed at your request.

Please note: upholstered furniture is classified as complex-structure goods and, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994, is not subject to return unless it has manufacturing defects.

Consumer obligations:
– follow the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations;
– contact the seller if clarification on usage conditions is required;
– use the product only for its intended purpose;
– avoid actions that could lead to damage or loss of warranty.
